SMS Results – Release Service

In line with enhancing the overall patient’s service and satisfaction, DSC Clinic has introduced a SMS service for the release of laboratory result outcomes.
The SMS service aims to:
- Reduce visits to the clinic
- Save cost and time
- Earlier release of result
- Reduce anxiety
- Assure confidentiality

Patients can opt for our SMS service by informing our nurses or patient service associates at the registration counters. Upon confirmation, a wallet-sized card will be issued. The card will explain the types of message you can expect to receive via your mobile phone.
