Medisave400 for Vaccination
On 15 Aug 2011, the Ministry of Health has announced a new initiative to make healthcare more affordable. The old Medisave300 (allowing up to $300 subsidy for vaccinations each year) has now evolved to Medisave400. This means that the Medisave withdrawal limit has increased to $400 each year.
In other words, if you would like to receive a HPV Vaccine, Gardasil, which costs $285 at DSC Clinic, and have not used your Medisave400 this year, you can fully claim the amount to offset your vaccination bill. Your Medisave400 account will have a balance of $115 after billing.
The above will take effect officially starting 1st Jan 2012.

*Medisave deduction for HPV vaccine is applicable to all females aged 9 - 26 years old.
The information is accurate & updated as of 2nd Dec 2011.
